Pure Gym’s head office

Excited to announce we have been appointed as Principal Contractor for the fit out of Pure Gym’s head office in Leeds City Centre.

Totalling 11,000sqft, the contemporary open plan design includes break out areas, contemplation room, booth seating and will be a fantastic working environment for colleagues and visitors.

Sustainable initiatives such as LED lighting and an energy efficient HVAC system are helping to reduce the carbon footprint of this project. This is further supported via our off-site logistics facility where we are consolidating all construction material and equipment – reducing part loads by circa 60%, collecting waste via reverse logistics, and facilitating off-site assembly opportunities, reducing overall programme duration by 10%.
