Fit Out UK are an industry leading interior fit out and logistics service provider. We work with a broad range of blue chip Clients across the retail, hospitality, banking and commercial sectors. Operating across the UK from facilities in London and Sheffield, we challenge the traditional, fragmented approach to construction delivery.

Our in-house self-delivery model sets us aside from our competitors, enabling us to complete projects faster, safer and more efficiently, whilst also supporting our Clients’ net zero ambitions.

Project certainty

Central to our self delivery model is the investment in our purpose built manufacturing and logistics facilities and bespoke software. This infrastructure provides our Clients with leaner, smarter and more cost efficient options for their project requirements.

Our manufacturing operations transform traditional construction methods into modern processes of component assembly using automation, quality assurance systems reducing on-site activity, construction waste, and minimising disruption to our Client trading operations.

During the pandemic the benefits of our self-delivery model became more apparent to our Clients, having been instrumental to in our ability to maintain progress on projects such as NHS Nightingale.

Our infrastructure enables us to deliver rollout projects at unprecedented pace by implementing nationwide cluster programming and multi-drop strategies, with ‘plug & play’ pre-assembled solutions increasing on-site productivity by 30% and reducing programme by 50%. Asset Refurbishment

Our asset refurbishment service utilises in-house manufacturing and reverse logistics capability to revitalise Client assets that would otherwise be destined for landfill. Investment in the latest sustainable pre-treatment and powder coating technology enables used fixtures to be re-worked as new and delivered back into our Clients’ estate, supporting their carbon targets and reducing capital expenditure.

Logistics

Logistics is a fundamental part of our self-delivery model. Our infrastructure comprises 400,000 sqft of warehousing space and a modern fleet of HGV vehicles, and supports our global supply chain partners, facilitating our off-site manufacture and ‘plug & play’ solution and just-in-time delivery strategy. Our in-house transport also enables us to provide a cost effective reverse logistics strategy, supporting a sustainable asset re-use solution.
